Burgess Ventures may collect information that is non-personally identifiable (information that does not identify you personally) as a result of your visit to our site. CLIENT SERVICES

To obtain our services and for fraudulent preventatives, you must sign up for an account requiring your information to be recorded and kept on file with Burgess Ventures. It may be necessary to provide your information to secured server third-party payment solutions such as Authorize.net, and you are bound by those third-party payment solutions terms and conditions. Your information will not be provided to any third-party other than third-party payment solutions. Burgess Ventures is not responsible for charges incurred from charge-backs.

All transaction fees associated to e-transfers are your responsibility. Burgess Ventures reserves the right to investigate any transaction and withhold funds pending verification of the source and/or your identity.

Burgess Venture’s services are non-refundable within 2 weeks of scheduled package date, but are transferable to a future date. The only exception for a package to be refunded is when an account is proven to have been opened fraudulently by someone other than yourself. To ensure a higher level of security, you should choose a password that is both unique and relatively complex including a combination of digits, letters and/or punctuation marks.

You agree that you will not provide your user name or password to any third party or allow them access to their account. Please notify Burgess Ventures if there is any suspicion of misuse of your account, and Burgess Ventures will proceed as necessary. You also agree that the source of funds used for payment of your services was not obtained by illegal means and that there is no intent to use Burgess Ventures services and site for fraudulent or prohibited activities.


GENERAL

We do reserve the right, in connection with the potential sale or transfer of the interests of Burgess Ventures and its subsidiaries and affiliates, to sell or transfer your information (including but not limited to your address, name, gender, zip code, state, and country of residency and other information that you provide through other communications) to a third party entity that (1) concentrates its business in a similar practice or service, (2) agrees to be Burgess Venture’s successor in interest with regard to the maintenance and protection of the information collected, and (3) agrees to the obligations of this privacy policy.


SECURITY

We employ appropriate security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. For our Burgess-Ventures.com site, we employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input, as an additional security measure. However, as no on-line data transmission can be guaranteed to be totally secure, we (like all web sites) cannot guarantee or warrant 100% security of any information you transmit to us at our web site.
